Visiting the website
The website sets no cookies, embeds no third-party services and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Fonts and maps are served from the own server. The choice of language and of the light or dark theme is stored only in the browser and is not transmitted.
When a page is requested, the web server stores technical data in log files, namely IP address, time, requested address and browser identifier. They serve the secure operation of the website, the legal basis is legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The logs are deleted after 30 days.
Request form
The form transmits name, email address and the project description, optionally also office, phone number, location, date, service required and documents. The data are used to handle the request and to prepare an offer, the legal basis is pre-contractual measures under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Attached files are automatically redrawn as images on the server and sent to the office as PDF by email. The original files are deleted immediately afterwards. If a file cannot be processed, the original is deleted after 30 days. The email with the request is kept as long as needed for handling it and for statutory retention obligations.
Service providers
Server and mailbox are operated by Hostinger International Ltd., Cyprus, as processor. Emails to office@immissionspunkt.at are additionally forwarded to a mailbox at Google. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, the right to data portability and the right to object. A message to office@immissionspunkt.at is sufficient. Complaints can be lodged with the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb.gv.at.
